Delayed or cancelled flight: what happens to your transfer?
The most frequent question at booking. The short answer: give us your flight number and there is nothing more for you to do.

Delay
We track flights in real time. The chauffeur times his departure on the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included, which comfortably covers baggage reclaim and customs. No surcharge is ever billed for a flight delay, whatever its length.
Early arrival
A flight that lands early is tracked too: the chauffeur leaves earlier. If he cannot be there to the minute, he texts you his arrival time and you can wait at a café in the arrivals area.
Terminal or airport change
In Geneva everything arrives at Terminal 1; in Zurich the chauffeur moves between Arrival 1 and Arrival 2 depending on your flight; in Basel he switches between the Swiss and French sectors on request. A diversion to another airport (Lyon, or Zurich instead of Geneva) is rare: write to us, we reorganise the transfer from the new airport at that route's price.
Cancellation
A cancelled flight is never treated as a late cancellation on your part: tell us as soon as you know and we move the transfer to the next flight free of charge. If you give up the trip, cancellation is free up to 24 h before pick‑up, and we apply the same flexibility in cases of force majeure.
How to reach us
The dispatch number works 24/7, by phone and WhatsApp. The day before, you receive your chauffeur's name and number: he is the one who texts you on landing.
