When to book your transfer: winter Saturdays, Christmas, WEF, the Motor Show

Our prices are fixed all year: no high‑season rate. What changes is the availability of cars and chauffeurs.
Saturdays from December to March
Resort changeover days concentrate 60 % of our winter transfers on Saturdays. Book 7 to 10 days ahead for a school‑holiday Saturday (Christmas, February), 3 to 4 days for the others. On a Sunday or a Wednesday, the day before is often enough.
Christmas and New Year
23, 26, 27 December and 2 January are the busiest days of the year in Geneva. Groups and Sprinters go three weeks ahead.
Events
WEF in Davos, mid‑January: saloons and S‑Class book up in December.
The Motor Show and Watches & Wonders in Geneva, March and April: strong demand in town and at the airport.
Art Basel in June, Montreux Jazz in July, Paléo in Nyon late July, UTMB in Chamonix late August.
Booking late: what remains possible
We accept bookings up to 2 h before pick‑up when a vehicle is available, 24/7. At winter weekends, call rather than booking online: dispatch sees what frees up.
Cancelling or changing
Free up to 24 h before pick‑up, whatever the period. Booking early therefore commits you to nothing.
