Swiss chauffeurs, Swiss vehicles

We run a hybrid operation, and we would rather say so plainly. Most transfers are driven by our own chauffeurs: employed by the company, holding a Swiss professional driving licence and the cantonal authorisation to carry passengers, covered by Swiss professional passenger transport insurance, in cars registered in Switzerland and serviced by the Mercedes dealer network. In peak weeks and beyond our home bases, that capacity is extended by partner chauffeurs and small limousine companies we have worked with for years. Before a partner drives for us we check the same licence, the same cantonal authorisation, the same Swiss work permit, the same insurance and the same Swiss registration — and we check them again each season. What we never do is hand your booking to an open marketplace, where neither you nor we would know who turns up.

That structure costs more than buying capacity at the last minute, and it is exactly what lets us commit to a date. We confirm a transfer only once a vehicle and a chauffeur are held for it: on the busiest February Saturdays we turn work away rather than accept more than we can drive. A booking confirmed in October is still a booking in February.

How a transfer works with us

Every booking goes through our dispatch, staffed around the clock. At the latest 6 hours before pick‑up, you receive your chauffeur's name and mobile number. We enter your flight number in our tracking tool: if the aircraft is early or late, the pick‑up time moves with it, and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included. The chauffeur parks in the arrivals car park, meets you with a name board, handles the luggage and drives the route he knows week after week. Payment is made in advance by secure payment link, with card or Twint, or on invoice for companies, paid before the service; the amount is the one shown when you booked.

Where we drive

From Geneva Airport: the Lake Geneva region, the Valais resorts, the French Alps (Chamonix, Megève, the Portes du Soleil, the Tarentaise, Annecy and the Aravis), the Bernese Oberland and the main Swiss cities. From Zurich Airport: central Switzerland, Graubünden and the Engadine, Ticino, the Bernese Oberland and Lake Constance. From Basel‑Mulhouse: Basel and the Swiss plateau, Lucerne, the Oberland, Alsace and the Black Forest. Journeys over 450 km, multi‑day trips and chauffeur hire by the hour are quoted individually.

Vehicles and safety

Four Mercedes classes, serviced by the dealer network, fitted with winter tyres from October to April and carrying chains on the mountain routes. Child seats and boosters are fitted before pick‑up when requested at booking. Every vehicle is covered by professional passenger transport insurance; certificates are available on request.
