Where does your chauffeur wait?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of the Swiss sector, at the exit of baggage reclaim, with a board showing your name. If your destination is in France or Germany, we can meet at the French exit instead: say so at booking, the price is identical. For departures, drop‑off is at the departures level of the sector your airline uses.

Swiss exit for Basel and Switzerland, French exit for Alsace and Germany. Your chauffeur waits at the exit that matches your destination; tell us at booking if you have a preference.
How long from EuroAirport to Basel city centre?
About 15 minutes outside peak hours, up to 25 minutes on weekday mornings and evenings. The price is fixed.
Do you drive to Zurich, Bern and the Alps from Basel?
Yes: Zurich about 1 h 15, Bern 1 h 10, Lucerne 1 h 20, and the Bernese Oberland and Valais resorts in 2 to 3 hours.
Are French tolls included for Colmar or Strasbourg?
Yes. Tolls, vignette and fuel are included in the fixed price.
What if my flight lands early or late?
We follow your flight number and the chauffeur adapts. 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing are included.
