The car and its chauffeur are booked for a period of time rather than for a single journey: 3 to 5 hours for an evening, 8 to 12 hours for a full day, 2 to 30 days or more for a whole stay. Minimum booking 3 hours, written proposal within 2 hours, anywhere in Switzerland — Mercedes‑Benz E‑Class, S‑Class, V‑Class and Sprinter.
What sets the price: the duration, the kilometres, the vehicle, the dates, and the chauffeur’s accommodation when the programme keeps you away from our bases. Every assignment is quoted in writing, with the total stated before you confirm. Minimum booking 3 hours.

Full‑day chauffeur service in Switzerland
Need a vehicle and a chauffeur for the entire day? The full‑day service is designed for clients moving between several appointments, hotels, restaurants, airports or cities.
Your chauffeur stays at your disposal from the first pick‑up to the last drop‑off, so the day can take its own shape without arranging a new transfer for every journey.
Additional hours can be arranged when required, subject to the chauffeur’s availability. We recommend 10 hours for a business day that ends with a dinner.
Multi‑day chauffeur service
Your dedicated chauffeur throughout your stay in Switzerland. For stays of several days or longer itineraries, Swiss Taxi assigns a chauffeur and a vehicle for the duration of your programme, and one contact follows your file from the first message to the last day.

What does “chauffeur at your disposal” mean?
You book a vehicle and its chauffeur for a period of time — a few hours, a day, several days — instead of a single journey from A to B. Within that period the chauffeur takes you wherever your programme goes and waits in between.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, 3 hours. Below that, a transfer from A to B is usually the better option, and you can book it online with an instant price.
How is the price calculated?
On a written quote, because it depends on the duration, the kilometres, the vehicle, the dates and, for several days away from our bases, the chauffeur’s accommodation. You receive it within 2 hours and nothing is charged before you confirm.
What happens if the day runs longer than planned?
Within the booked period your chauffeur follows your pace. Additional hours can be arranged when required, subject to the chauffeur’s availability; your contact confirms them with you before they are added.
Can you provide several vehicles at the same time?
Yes. Delegations, events and roadshows often need several cars running in parallel; they are coordinated on one booking with one contact.
Who will drive us?
One of our employed chauffeurs or a partner chauffeur from the small circle we work with all season. Both hold a Swiss professional driving licence, the cantonal authorisation to carry passengers and a Swiss work permit, and drive vehicles registered and insured in Switzerland.
Can the service stay confidential?
Yes. Your plans are shared only with the chauffeur assigned to you, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
Can we travel outside Switzerland?
France and northern Italy are possible on request and included in the quote: Chamonix, Annecy, Milan or the Italian lakes, for example.
