Where does your chauffeur wait?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, right after the customs exit of baggage reclaim, holding a board with your name. If you land in the French sector (flights from France), tell us at booking: the chauffeur waits at the French exit instead, at no extra cost. For departures, drop‑off is at the departures level, Swiss or French side as needed.

In the arrivals hall on the ground floor, at the exit of baggage reclaim, with a board showing your name. Passengers from the French sector are met at the French exit on request.
How long does it take from Geneva Airport to the city centre?
About 15 minutes outside peak hours, up to 25 minutes on weekday mornings and evenings. The price is fixed whatever the traffic.
Is the French motorway toll to Chamonix included?
Yes. Tolls, the Swiss vignette and fuel are all included in the fixed price. Nothing is added on the day.
Can I be picked up in the French sector?
Yes, tell us at booking. The chauffeur waits at the French exit; the price is the same.
What if my flight lands early or late?
We follow your flight number and the chauffeur adapts. 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing are included.
