What global platforms don't do
We are not an open marketplace. Our chauffeurs are employees, we own our vehicles, and our partners are a closed circle of verified professionals we know by name — just as we know every hotel in Switzerland, from Geneva to Zurich, and every resort in the Alps.

Employed chauffeurs and verified partners
No open marketplace: your guest is met either by a Swiss Taxi employee or by a partner chauffeur from our closed circle, holding the same Swiss licence, authorisation and insurance.

Do you take or pay a commission?
Neither. We offer rides at fixed prices; you choose who pays for them. If you wish to apply a margin to your guests, that is your decision and your invoice, not ours.
Who pays for the ride?
You choose at each booking: your guest pays by card or Twint via the secure link sent with the confirmation, you pay yourself, or the ride is added to your monthly invoice if you hold an account.
How does the grouped monthly invoice work?
Each ride is invoiced with your internal reference and cost centre, and paid before the service. The corporate area lets you view the history and download the invoice.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
Free cancellation up to 24 h before pick‑up. Between 24 h and 4 h, 50 % is charged. Under 4 h or no‑show, the ride is due. A flight cancelled by the airline is always fully refunded.
How does the guest voucher work?
For each booking you receive a voucher in your name with the route, time, the chauffeur's name once assigned and an emergency number. You choose whether to show the price.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. The partner rate card applies from the first ride. Volume rates start at 10 rides a month.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. Swiss Taxi is a Swiss company, its chauffeurs are employees holding the professional licence, and its vehicles carry passenger and luggage insurance. Certificates are available on request.
