Zurich Airport to the Grisons: Davos, St. Moritz, Arosa, Laax, which route for which resort
All the Grisons resorts are reached by the same A3 motorway along Lake Zurich and the Walensee, then the roads part at Landquart or Chur.

Davos and Klosters: through the Prättigau
Exit at Landquart, then the Prättigau road: Klosters in 1 h 55, Davos in 2 h. A wide, well‑cleared road, with the Gotschna tunnel under Klosters. During the WEF in January, Davos partly closes: we drop at the authorised points and allow 30 minutes more.
Arosa and Lenzerheide: via Chur
Arosa ends with 30 km of hairpins from Chur, 2 h 10 in total; the most demanding in snow, chains on board. Lenzerheide goes through Churwalden, 1 h 50, a gentler road. The two areas are linked by cable car: stay in one, ski the other.
Laax and Flims: through the Surselva
From Chur, the A13 then the Surselva road: Laax Murschetg in 1 h 40. Specify Flims Waldhaus, Laax village or Murschetg, the drop‑off point changes.
St. Moritz and the Engadin: Julier or Vereina
St. Moritz is reached over the Julier pass from Tiefencastel, 2 h 50, open all year with chains in winter. In very bad weather we take the Vereina car train from Klosters, 20 minutes of tunnel, then Zernez and the Upper Engadin. The price stays the same.
