Data we collect

Booking data: name, e‑mail, mobile number, flight number, pick‑up and drop‑off addresses, passengers, options.
Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never store card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (server logs).

Why we use it

To perform and confirm your transfer and contact you on the day (SMS, WhatsApp, phone).
To issue invoices and meet legal accounting obligations (10 years).
To answer your requests and improve the service.

Sharing

Your chauffeur receives only what is needed for the ride (name, phone, addresses, flight). Data may be shared with our hosting provider, payment provider and, when required, authorities. Fonts are hosted on this site; no third‑party font service is called.

Retention

Booking data: 24 months after the ride, then anonymised. Invoices: 10 years. Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection: write to booking@swisstaxi.ch. Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cookies

Technical storage only by default: your booking in progress, kept in your browser, and your cookie choice. No advertising cookie, ever.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages help our clients. It sets measurement cookies, with the IP address truncated and Google advertising signals switched off. Nothing is loaded and no measurement cookie is set before you accept. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of every page; declining changes nothing to the service.

With the same consent we use Microsoft Clarity, which produces heatmaps and anonymous replays of navigation so we can see where a booking gets stuck. Text you type, e‑mail addresses and payment fields are masked by Clarity and never reach us. Declining, or simply doing nothing, disables it.
