Where does your chauffeur wait?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall at the exit of your baggage reclaim, Arrival 1 or Arrival 2 depending on your flight, with a board showing your name. If you prefer, we meet at the official Meeting Point in Arrival 2, next to the Airport Center. For departures, drop‑off is at the Check‑in 1, 2 or 3 forecourt according to your airline.

Where does the chauffeur wait at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall, at the exit of baggage reclaim of Arrival 1 or Arrival 2, with a board showing your name. The official Meeting Point in Arrival 2 can be used on request.
How long from Zurich Airport to the city centre?
About 20 minutes outside peak hours, up to 35 minutes on weekday mornings and evenings. The price does not change with traffic.
Do you drive to Davos and St. Moritz in winter?
Yes, all winter, with winter tyres and chains on board. Davos is about 2 hours, St. Moritz about 2 h 30 depending on the pass and the weather.
Is the Gotthard tunnel included for Lugano?
Yes. Vignette, tunnels and fuel are included in the fixed price. Nothing is added on the day.
What if my flight lands early or late?
We follow your flight number and the chauffeur adapts. 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing are included.
