We allow 1 h 50 on the road, 15 min margin and 2 h for check‑in.
Laax, the freestylers' area
Laax means three villages (Flims, Laax, Falera) and one hub, Laax Murschetg, home to the Rocksresort, the lifts and the resort hotels. Tell us whether you stay in Murschetg, Laax village or Flims Waldhaus: the drop‑off point differs by a few kilometres.
The area is known for its snowparks and the Freestyle Academy indoor hall; in summer, Lake Cauma and the Rhine gorge (Ruinaulta) are 10 minutes from Flims.

Where do I meet the chauffeur at Zurich Airport?
At the meeting point of Arrivals 1 or 2, depending on your terminal, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Arrivals 1 or 2 meeting point; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
Are skis and bulky luggage accepted?
Yes. The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases and a ski bag; the V‑Class up to 7 suitcases with a ski rack; the Sprinter has a trailer on request. Tell us your equipment when booking, there is no surcharge.
Is the road safe when it snows?
Our vehicles run winter tyres and carry chains, and our chauffeurs know these roads in winter. If a road is closed we drop you at the nearest access point and adjust the price.
Are there busy periods for getting to Laax?
Yes: Laax Open in January. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
Where can you drop me in Laax?
At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Laax Murschetg · Rocksresort, Flims, Falera. No supplement by district.
