Where do I meet the chauffeur at Zurich Airport?
At the meeting point of Arrivals 1 or 2, depending on your terminal, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Arrivals 1 or 2 meeting point; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases, the V‑Class up to 7 plus a buggy, the Sprinter a whole group's luggage. Tell us your volume when booking, there is no surcharge.
Are there busy periods for getting to Venise?
Yes: Carnival in February, the Biennale from May to November. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
Where can you drop me in Venise?
At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto, Mestre. No supplement by district.
Isn't the train easier to Venise?
For a solo traveller with a bag, often yes, and we say so. With luggage, a group, an early meeting or a late flight, the private car avoids the changes and arrives at the exact address, for CHF 1'740 per vehicle.
