How pick‑up works at Zurich Airport

Meeting point, Arrivals 1 or 2Your chauffeur waits at the meeting point of Arrivals 1 or 2 depending on your terminal, name board in hand; flight tracking tells him your gate.
Parking and luggageThe car is in P1 or P3 at the Airport Center, a few minutes on foot; the chauffeur pushes the trolley and loads luggage and skis.
Leaving ZurichWe avoid the city centre: the A51 then the A1 or A3 take us towards Graubünden, central Switzerland, Ticino or the Oberland, bypassing Zurich to the north or west. For Lech / Zürs it is the A3, the A13, then the Arlberg on the Austrian side; vignette included.
Zurich‑based teamOur Zurich chauffeurs serve central Switzerland, Graubünden and Ticino all year round: they know the Gotthard queues and which passes close in winter.

Frequently asked

Before booking Lech / Zürs

Another question? Write to booking@swisstaxi.ch, reply within 2 hours.

Where do I meet the chauffeur at Zurich Airport?

At the meeting point of Arrivals 1 or 2, depending on your terminal, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Arrivals 1 or 2 meeting point; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.

Are skis and bulky luggage accepted?

Yes. The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases and a ski bag; the V‑Class up to 7 suitcases with a ski rack; the Sprinter has a trailer on request. Tell us your equipment when booking, there is no surcharge.

Is the road safe when it snows?

Our vehicles run winter tyres and carry chains, and our chauffeurs know these roads in winter. If a road is closed we drop you at the nearest access point and adjust the price.

Are there busy periods for getting to Lech / Zürs?

Yes: Weisse Ring race mid‑January, Tanzcafé Arlberg in April, Philosophicum in September. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.

Where can you drop me in Lech / Zürs?

At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Lech centre, Oberlech (cable car), Zürs, Warth · Schröcken. The outlying sectors (Warth · Schröcken) carry a small supplement shown before you book.

Lech / Zürs is waiting. So is your chauffeur.
