Where do I meet the chauffeur at Zurich Airport?
At the meeting point of Arrivals 1 or 2, depending on your terminal, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Arrivals 1 or 2 meeting point; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases, the V‑Class up to 7 plus a buggy, the Sprinter a whole group's luggage. Tell us your volume when booking, there is no surcharge.
Are there busy periods for getting to Verona?
Yes: Opera season at the Arena from June to September, Vinitaly in April. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
