Where do I meet the chauffeur at Zurich Airport?
At the meeting point of Arrivals 1 or 2, depending on your terminal, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Arrivals 1 or 2 meeting point; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
Are skis and bulky luggage accepted?
Yes. The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases and a ski bag; the V‑Class up to 7 suitcases with a ski rack; the Sprinter has a trailer on request. Tell us your equipment when booking, there is no surcharge.
Is the road safe when it snows?
Our vehicles run winter tyres and carry chains, and our chauffeurs know these roads in winter. If a road is closed we drop you at the nearest access point and adjust the price.
Are there busy periods for getting to Courmayeur?
Yes: Tor des Géants in September, Courmayeur Noir in Festival. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
Where can you drop me in Courmayeur?
At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Courmayeur centre, Entrèves · La Palud, Pré‑Saint‑Didier (spa), La Thuile. The outlying sectors (Pré‑Saint‑Didier (spa), La Thuile) carry a small supplement shown before you book.
