WEF Davos · Chauffeur service
Chauffeur service for the World Economic Forum in Davos
Zurich Airport to Davos is 173 km, about 2 hours in normal conditions. During the Forum week, the third week of January, a chauffeur stays at your disposal by the hour or the day, with runs to hotels in Klosters and the valley. S‑Class cars and large delegations book up in December.
What sets the price: the duration, the kilometres, the vehicle, the dates, and the chauffeur’s accommodation when the programme keeps you away from our bases. Every assignment is quoted in writing, with the total stated before you confirm. Minimum booking 3 hours.
Getting to Davos
Zurich Airport to Davos is the reference route: 173 km, about 2 hours in normal conditions, along Lake Zurich and the Walensee, then Landquart and the Prättigau valley. During the Forum week, police checks at Landquart and at the entrance to Davos add 15 to 30 minutes at peak times, and we plan departures accordingly.
Hotels in Davos are full months in advance, and many delegations stay in Klosters, Landquart or Chur. A chauffeur at your disposal makes those distances disappear from your schedule.
Our guide WEF Davos: organising your transfers covers the routes, the checkpoints and the booking calendar in detail.
