From two days to several weeks, one chauffeur and one vehicle are assigned to your whole programme, typically 8 to 10 hours a day, with the chauffeur’s accommodation organised by us on nights away from our bases. Written proposal within 2 hours, across Switzerland and, on request, into France and northern Italy.
What sets the price: the duration, the kilometres, the vehicle, the dates, and the chauffeur’s accommodation when the programme keeps you away from our bases. Every assignment is quoted in writing, with the total stated before you confirm. Minimum booking 3 hours.
How a multi‑day assignment works
You send the outline of your stay: where you land, where you sleep, what each day holds. We turn it into a written proposal that states the vehicle, the hours included each day, the kilometres and the total price. Once you confirm, one contact follows the file until the last drop‑off.
Whenever the programme allows, the same chauffeur stays with you from the first day to the last. They learn your habits quickly — which hotel entrance you prefer, how much time you take at lunch, where the luggage goes — and that is precisely what a multi‑day booking buys: nobody to brief again each morning.
When the programme takes you away from our bases for the night, the chauffeur’s accommodation is organised by us and shown in the proposal. You never have to book a room for your driver.

Is it the same chauffeur every day?
Whenever the programme allows, yes: that is the point of a multi‑day booking. If a change is ever needed — a long programme, a legal rest period — your contact tells you in advance and briefs the replacement.
Where does the chauffeur stay overnight?
When the programme keeps you away from our bases, we organise the chauffeur’s accommodation and include it in the proposal. You have nothing to book.
How many hours per day are included?
The number you choose, typically 8 to 10 hours. The proposal states it day by day, and additional hours can be arranged when required, subject to the chauffeur’s availability.
Can we add a second vehicle for part of the stay?
Yes. A second car for a day of parallel meetings or for the arrival of more guests is added to the same booking and coordinated by the same contact.
Can the itinerary cross into France or Italy?
Yes, on request: Chamonix, Annecy, Milan, Lake Como or Lake Maggiore, for example. It is included in the written proposal.
How is a multi‑day service paid?
After you confirm the proposal: by card, Twint or corporate invoice. Nothing is charged before the chauffeur is confirmed.
