Roadshow chauffeur · Switzerland
Chauffeur service for corporate and financial roadshows in Switzerland
Geneva to Zurich is about three hours by road, Bern an hour and a half from Zurich Airport, Zug forty minutes: a Swiss roadshow links several cities in one or two days. Several meetings a day, more than one vehicle when the team splits, one contact, written proposal within 2 hours.
What sets the price: the duration, the kilometres, the vehicle, the dates, and the chauffeur’s accommodation when the programme keeps you away from our bases. Every assignment is quoted in writing, with the total stated before you confirm. Minimum booking 3 hours.
What a roadshow needs from its chauffeur
Several meetings a day
The chauffeur waits outside each address and has the car at the door when the meeting ends.
Luggage stays on board
From the arrival flight to the last meeting, bags never need to be carried into a client’s office.
Airport and hotel coordination
Flights are monitored and hotel departures timed against the first meeting of the day.
Several vehicles
When the team splits for parallel meetings, each group has its own car, coordinated on one booking.
One dedicated contact
The organiser deals with a single person who holds the whole schedule.
Confidential by default
Addresses and names stay with the assigned chauffeurs, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
Switzerland’s financial centres in one itinerary
A Swiss roadshow rarely stays in one city. Geneva and Zurich are about three hours apart by road, Bern about an hour and a half from Zurich Airport, and Zug forty minutes from it — close enough to link in one or two days, far enough for the timing to matter.
By car, the team works between stops, the luggage stays with it, and no meeting depends on a train connection. When a meeting runs over, your chauffeur waits within the booked hours.

What happens when a meeting runs over?
Your chauffeur waits within the booked hours. If the day needs to be extended, additional hours can be arranged when required, subject to the chauffeur’s availability, and your contact confirms them first.
Can the team split for parallel meetings?
Yes. Several vehicles are booked together and coordinated by one contact, so each group keeps its own car.
Can you pick us up at a business aviation terminal?
Yes, on request, in Geneva, Zurich and Basel as well as at the regional airfields we serve.
Is the service confidential?
Yes. Addresses and names are shared only with the chauffeurs assigned, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
How is a roadshow invoiced?
By corporate invoice, card or Twint, after you confirm the written proposal. A corporate account groups several roadshows on one monthly invoice.
Request your chauffeur
Tell us your dates, your city and roughly what the days look like. We reply by e‑mail within 2 hours with a written proposal: vehicle, hours or days included, kilometres and total price. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
