Where do I meet the chauffeur at the EuroAirport?
The airport has a Swiss exit and a French exit. Your chauffeur waits at the exit shown on your confirmation (Swiss by default, French for Alsace) with a name board.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Swiss sector exit; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases, the V‑Class up to 7 plus a buggy, the Sprinter a whole group's luggage. Tell us your volume when booking, there is no surcharge.
Are there busy periods for getting to Zug?
Yes: Chriesisturm in June, Seefest in late June, Zuger Messe in October. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
Where can you drop me in Zug?
At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Zug centre · station, Baar · Cham, Zugerberg, Unterägeri · Oberägeri. The outlying sectors (Zugerberg, Unterägeri · Oberägeri) carry a small supplement shown before you book.
Is the return the same price?
Yes, with no night or weekend surcharge: the chauffeur collects you in Zug at the agreed time and drops you at the Swiss or French sector drop‑off depending on your flight. For an early flight, the calculator above gives you the recommended departure time.
