The airport has a Swiss exit and a French exit. Your chauffeur waits at the exit shown on your confirmation (Swiss by default, French for Alsace) with a name board.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at the Swiss sector exit; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases, the V‑Class up to 7 plus a buggy, the Sprinter a whole group's luggage. Tell us your volume when booking, there is no surcharge.
Are there busy periods for getting to Neuchâtel?
Yes: NIFFF in early July, Fête des Vendanges in late September. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
