Where do I meet the chauffeur at Geneva Airport?
In the Terminal 1 arrivals hall, Swiss side, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.
Is the Mont‑Blanc tunnel included?
Yes, the tunnel toll (both ways) is included in the fixed price. A valid ID or passport is required to enter Italy.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases, the V‑Class up to 7 plus a buggy, the Sprinter a whole group's luggage. Tell us your volume when booking, there is no surcharge.
Are there busy periods for getting to Turin?
Yes: Book fair in May, Luci d'Artista in winter. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
Where can you drop me in Turin?
At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Turin centre, Porta Susa, Caselle airport. The outlying sectors (Caselle airport) carry a small supplement shown before you book.
