Do I need a passport to cross into France?
A valid ID card is enough for Swiss and EU nationals; other passports should be to hand. Our vehicles are registered for cross‑border trips and there is usually no stop at customs.
Where do I meet the chauffeur at Geneva Airport?
In the Terminal 1 arrivals hall, Swiss side, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and messages you as soon as you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number live. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and waits in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall; 60 minutes of waiting are included beyond that. No fees, nothing to do.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E‑Class takes 3 suitcases, the V‑Class up to 7 plus a buggy, the Sprinter a whole group's luggage. Tell us your volume when booking, there is no surcharge.
Are there busy periods for getting to Paris?
Yes: Trade fairs and fashion weeks all year. On those days we leave earlier and the chauffeur follows live traffic; the price does not change.
Where can you drop me in Paris?
At the exact address, anywhere in the area: Paris centre, Roissy CDG, Orly. The outlying sectors (Roissy CDG, Orly) carry a small supplement shown before you book.
